I had this idea while watching Hamlet with David Tennant, the scene where he shot in the mirror. And also the scene the Reichenbach falls, when Moriarty and Sherlock talk on the roof.
Normally, it is supposed to represent Sherlock, looking at himself in a broken glass, on a crime scene, and seeing Moriarty in his reflection. I'm precising because I'm not sure Moriarty is recognizable.
